Returns - Refund and Exchange

Returning items

  • We accept returns within 14 days of original purchase for all items other than bikes.
  • All items must be in new condition with original packaging.
  • Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.
  • Online purchases may be returned to Road, Track & Tri Direct, or by following the online return instructions below.
  • In-store purchases can be taken back to point of purchase.
  • No returns available on custom built frames built specifically for customersl.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method, except for cash which is refunded back via direct deposit.
  • Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.
  • In-store cash refunds are processed via direct deposit. Valid ID is required.

 Online return instructions

To obtain a refund or exchange for an online order, follow the instructions below.

Step 1

Complete the online returns form and include it when you return the items.

Step 2

Place your item(s) and completed form back in the original packaging and re­seal the packaging ready for shipping.

Step 3

Attach a new posting label and post the parcel at any registered post office.

Step 4

Forward the details of the courier service & tracking number of your online return along with any additional information to info@rttd.com.au

Step 5

Allow 3 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods. When processing an exchange, if the item you require is out of stock, a refund will be issued if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.

 

Road, Track & Tri Direct will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Road, Track & Tri Direct will not be held liable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
